Keeping Your Board Beautiful

Caring for your board is easy, just reapply a small amount (roughly 0.5 oz) of cutting board conditioner or mineral oil every few months or when your board starts to look dry or faded.

Cutting board conditioner/oil, butcher’s block oil, and mineral oil are perfectly suitable for board maintenance. Ensure product is food safe before applying!

Products containing beeswax tend to help keep the board conditioned for longer periods of time but are not essential to this process.

Cleaning

Hand wash only! Do not leave submerged in water, all boards come water treated but are not meant to be exposed to prolonged periods of moisture.

Clean with warm soapy water, rinse off and then wipe dry.
